Library drop-ins
Drop-ins give you the chance to ask any questions you may have and get support and guidance on a number of different topics. These drop-ins are open to all University of Manchester students, researchers, and staff.
If you can’t make any of the upcoming sessions talk to us online via Library Chat or send us an email at:
uml.teachingandlearning@manchester.ac.uk
Snack and Chat
Head to the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons (AGLC) Training Room on Fridays for free tea, coffee and biscuits, and a chance to speak to fellow students about support you might need in your studies. Times will vary, so listen out for a tannoy message, or keep an eye on the announcement board in front of the lifts in AGLC.
Library drop-in
If you have a quick query relating to using the Library's resources or services, please come to this drop-in session. Any question is welcome - whether you would like help with referencing, essay writing or performing a literature review. Our friendly Library Staff and Student Team are here to help.
In peak times you may need to wait - support and advice will be provided as quickly as possible. You can join the drop-in at any time during the session.
