We want you to have the content that you need for your studies and research.
If the Library doesn’t hold a copy of the article that you need, fill in this quick and easy order form and we will get it for you - for free. On average journal articles are supplied in nine hours; some items may take longer. We will email you when your request arrives.
Before ordering an article
Please note that you are unable to order material that we already hold. Check Library Search before ordering.
Any material that you request must be for yourself.
In line with UK copyright restrictions, and as stated in the Copyright Declaration (within the request form) that you must abide by when placing a request, only one article per journal issue may be requested.
We may be unable to secure articles that are published online ahead of print.
We are also unable to translate material.
If you want to recommend that the Library take out a new subscription to a journal or database, please contact your supervisor or course leader.
Collecting your article
- Whenever possible, articles will be delivered to you electronically via your University email address.
- If an article is supplied as a photocopy, we’ll ask for your address and post it to you.
