The John Rylands Library
Welcome to The John Rylands Library. Free to visit and open seven days a week, it was created more than 100 years ago as a gift to Manchester and its people.
Please note: On Friday 11, 18 and 25 January, between 12.30 and 3pm the Network Choir will be using the Historic Reading Room to practice. It is open to the public as normal, but please be aware it will not be as quiet as usual!
The John Rylands Library is a place of wonder; a glorious, unrepentant celebration of imagination and learning.
