Biography
Dominic leads the Business Planning Team in the Library, working with Divisions to ensure our operational planning and project activity is as effective and efficient as possible. He manages the work of the team, delivering large cross-library activity, supporting people working on projects and embedding project procedures as a way of working. He also manages a team of Data Analysts, ensuring that qualitative and quantitative data drives our decision making and project activity.
Dominic has carried out this role for the library for the last six years. Prior to joining the Library, he worked in project management in various sectors including local government, finance, construction and educational charities in projects that used IT and building design to facilitate organisational change.
