Biography
As Strategic Lead for RDM Bill is responsible for the University’s strategic direction and service offerings that facilitate best practice in RDM for our research community.
Within the Office for Open Research, Bill leads the RDM service which includes training, advocacy, and advice, alongside platforms to facilitate effective data management planning and research data publishing.
As part of the Research Lifecycle Programme (RLP) team Bill is PS lead for RDM within the Open, Responsible and Reproducible Research theme, focusing on projects which address technical and practical challenges throughout the research data lifecycle.
