The Digital Support Service team can assist both online and in the Library.

In the Library
The Digital Support Services team are based in the Main Library and Alan Gilbert Learning Commons from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
To get IT support please ask a member of the Customer Services team on the ground floor of Main Library or AGLC. Customer Services can assist with some basic IT issues, they can refer you to our Digital Support Services team or can signpost you to additional services.
For students using other Library sites, you can speak to a member of the Customer Services team either on site or via Library Chat and they can arrange for the Digital Support Services to assist you.

Personal device support
We can provide support for personally owned equipment.
