If you would like to visit any of The University of Manchester libraries in person, you can access them using your student ID card. You can find out the locations of the libraries using the map below.
Borrowing resources
Distance and off campus students are entitled to the same borrowing rights (and are subject to the same rules and regulations) as on campus students.
You will need your student ID card take out items from the Library, as well as to print, copy and borrow laptops and iPads.

If the Library doesn’t hold a copy of the book you need, you can request a book and we will prioritise delivering your item as an e-book.
