Calm your brain (on campus)

During this time of uncertainty and change it can feel increasingly difficult to calm and soothe our bodies and minds. You may find yourself feeling: anxious and unable to focus on the new assessment structures; stressed as a result of online working; overwhelmed by other factors impacting your life. These sessions, run by the Counselling and Mental Health Service, uses guided relaxation to help start your day with a sense of calm and acceptance to enable you to face these challenges more easily.
Due to popularity, booking onto the event is essential to ensure a place. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops or tablets to the Library drop-in. If you don't have access to a device, there is equipment to borrow.
