Finding Motivation (On-Campus)

Do you find it hard to motivate yourself to attend lectures or complete your work? Does it always seem easier to do anything else except your academic work? Have you perhaps lost sight of why you chose to do your course in the first place?

If so, then come along to the Finding Motivation workshop. We will look at what creates motivation, learn strategies to maintain motivation and how to challenge the obstacles to reaching your goals.
