Calm your brain (Online)
During this time of uncertainty and change it can feel increasingly difficult to calm and soothe our bodies and minds. You may find yourself feeling: anxious and unable to focus on the new assessment structures; stressed as a result of online working; overwhelmed by other factors impacting your life. These sessions, run by the Counselling and Mental Health Service, uses guided relaxation to help start your day with a sense of calm and acceptance to enable you to face these challenges more easily.
This session has been moved online and will now take place on Zoom instead of on-campus in the AGLC.

This event will take place on the online video conferencing app Zoom.us. Booking onto the event is essential to receive the link and passcode to join.
