Student IT Support

Get help and advice on IT related issues

The Library Student IT Support team offer a walk-up IT support service based at three of our library sites. IT Support staff are available at the following times and locations:

Alan Gilbert Learning Commons: 
Information Desk, Ground Floor

  Monday to Friday: 9am-9pm 
  Saturday and Sunday: 9am-5pm

Main Library:
Customer Services Desk, Blue Ground  

  Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm

Joule Library:
F Floor (entrance via E Floor)

  Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm

‌Our IT team offer help and advice on a wide range of subjects. These can include areas such as hardware and software support in the Library computer clusters, printing, connecting to Wi-Fi and VPN, IT account and password issues,  IT security and assistance with personal mobile devices.

Staff will be happy to help with any questions or IT related issues at any of these locations, no appointment is necessary.‌
