Pure support session (Online)

The Pure Support Team is hosting online support sessions between 10.30 am and 11.30 am. Each session will be 20 minutes long during which a member of the Pure team will provide 1:1 support to help you with your Pure queries. If you have questions about using Pure, your researcher profile or need help with a specific activity or task, please book your session via the appointments booking form on the Pure support website. At the time of the appointment, you will receive a call via MS Teams by a member of the Pure support team.
