Use the beautiful architecture of our neo-gothic building as inspiration for creative writing.  Practice fiction techniques, used by writers, to create a bank of descriptions; learn how to develop realistic characters, and create atmospheric prose.

Available weeks commencing 26 November 2018, 3 December 2018, 1 July 2019 and 8 July 2019.

Join us to have a go at making a full sewn book, exploring the techniques binders used put together the books that sit on the Library shelves.

This is one of our most popular sessions and offers a real sense of achievement for pupils who will take away a hardback book they have created.
