Relax with MUSE meditation (no need to book)
Did you know that putting aside 20 minutes to meditate for 3 consecutive days has been proven to reduce anxiety, improve mood and reduce your heart rate?
If youd like to explore the benefits of guided meditation then come along to one of our Relax with MUSE meditation drop-ins, led by the Library Student Team. During this drop-in you will get the chance to relax on bean bags and try out the MUSE headbands, which will introduce you to some meditation techniques and help you focus your mind. All are welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike! There's no need to book, just turn up.
