The de-stress programme is a programme of fitness and exercise classes aimed at relieving exam pressure and improving well-being during exams.
You can access our online resources 24 hours a day, from wherever you are, at a time which suits you. Topics covered include revision strategies, managing procrastination, note making and more.
Make best use of the space in the Library, and take advantage of the extra furniture and study spaces for exams.
