There are service desks in all of the libraries. IT support desks can be found in the Main Library, Joule Library, and the Alan Gilbert Learning Commons.
Look out for these staff roving the floors.
They can help you find a book or help you with printing and photocopying.
They can answer most questions you may have or at least be able to help you find what you need!
Library Chat is the Library's online chat help service and is now available 24/7.
You can use Library Chat to ask for help on any Library related matter from inside or outside the Library.

Textme is available in the Learning Commons.
You can use Textme to text for help with basic IT and printer enquiries.
