Using other libraries
As a distance or off campus student you may be able to access other library services (subject to conditions or regulations).
UK based distance and off campus students are eligible to use the SCONUL Access scheme which allows many university library users to borrow or use books and journals at other libraries which belong to the scheme.
The scheme covers most university libraries in the UK and Ireland. To find out more about the scheme, who is eligible, and how it works, please see the SCONUL Access website.
Get in touch with your local library to register as a member. City libraries and local libraries can offer you access to a range of books and other resources, as well as services such as study space, access to PCs and printing or copying.
