Martha [Patty] Chapman (fl.1770-85)
Martha [Patty] Chapman was a lay Methodist of Watlington near Tetsworth, Oxfordshire. John Wesley corresponded with her several times between December 1772 and November 1784. She was also a correspondent of the Hannah Ball, the pioneer of Sunday schools
