James Woolcock (d.1904)

James Woolcock was born at Trevalyer in Cornwall. He became a Bible Christian local preacher, while still a teenager and entered the full-time ministry in 1863. He served as President in 1893, Connexional Secretary 1891-92 and Missions Secretary in 1903.
