Robert Wood (1787-1851)

Robert Wood was the son of James Wood (1751-1840), twice President of the Wesleyan Conference. He was educated at Kingswood School and entered the ministry in 1811. He exercised an active circuit ministry until shortly before his death and was appointed to the Legal Hundred at the 1831 Conference.
