Alfred Edward Whitham (1879-1938)

Alfred Edward Whitham was born in Chester, the son of the Wesleyan minister William Whitham. He was educated at Elmfield College in York and trained for the Wesleyan ministry at Didsbury. He exercised an active Circuit ministry in England and Scotland from 1902 and was elected to the Legal Hundred in 1930.

Whitham died suddenly while Chairman of the Bournemouth District.
