Sarah Urling (1770-1844)

Sarah Urling was the daughter of the prominent London Methodists George and Adylena Clark. She was married to George Orton Urling (1769-1808), son of one of the first trustees of City Road Chapel and a wealthy supporter of the Connexion. Sarah was said to have 'a refined and cultivated mind, an amiable disposition, and was esteemed by all'.

Her son George Frederic (d.1870) also served as a trustee at City Road Chapel.
