Silas George Jenkins (1878-1962)

Silas George Jenkins was born at Carclaze, St Austell, Cornwall, the grandson of Mary Minnear, a pioneering Bible Christian female preacher. He worked as a pupil teacher and then went into business in St Bude.

Jenkins entered the Bible Christian ministry in 1899. He exercised his ministry in home circuits for thirty years.
