Josiah Hill (1773-1844)

Josiah Hill was born at Sall near Reepham in Norfolk. He was converted at the age of eighteen and entered the Wesleyan ministry in 1795. Hill exercised an active circuit ministry until 1803 when he retired. He re-entered the ministry in 1811 and served in a number of English and Welsh circuits until his death which occurred after a short illness at Haverford West.
