John Hicks (1812-90)

John Hicks was born at Stratton in Cornwall. He was converted by James Thorne in 1828 and entered the ministry in association with William O'Bryan in 1832. Hicks transferred to the Bible Christians in 1835 and spent almost fifty years in home circuit work.
