John Hall (1804-80)

John Hall was born in Oldham, Lancashire.

His family moved to Worcester while Hall was a child and he was converted under Methodist influence at the age of nineteen.

After several years as a local preacher, he entered the Wesleyan ministry in 1829.

Hall exercised an active circuit ministry until superannuation in 1876. He spent the last years of his life in Blackheath, London.
