Elizabeth Brown (fl.1739)

Elizabeth Brown was a Bristol woman, who attended meetings of the Baldwin Street Society before her conversion by the preaching of Charles Wesley at Weaver's Hall in 1739. She may be identified with the London Foundry housekeeper who left in July 1742 and with a member of the band for single women in June 1745. The evidence is however inconclusive.
