Ann Allen (1778-1860)

Ann Allen was the daughter of the Wesleyan itinerant John Allen. She joined the Methodists at a very early age and was converted at the age of sixteen. She served as a class leader for forty years and was generous to worthy causes. At the time of her death, she was resident in Overton Cottage, Frosham, Cheshire.
