James Penman (1768-1832)

James Penman was converted under the ministry of the itinerant Joseph Taylor. He entered the itinerancy in 1793 and after serving two years in Scotland, was appointed to Jamaica. He returned to England after less than a year and spent the remainder of his ministry in English circuits. Penman died at Brackley in Northamptonshire on 10 October 1832.
