Making a Document Supply request
Requests can be made online via My Manchester - remember to select the Document Supply tab - or by submitting a printed form. Telephone requests are not accepted.
Collect printed forms from one of our service points at:
- the Main Library - Purple Ground Information Point, and Blue Ground
- the Precinct Library
- the Eddie Davies Library
Download copies of the printed forms:
