Graduates of the University of Manchester

Graduates of The University of Manchester (or the former Victoria University of Manchester and UMIST) are able to join the library free of charge.  Proof of graduation is required and must be shown on application. Any one of the following three forms of evidence is acceptable.

1. A copy of your graduation certificate
2. Your alumni membership card, if you have one
3. A letter, confirming graduate status, which can be provided by the Alumni Office in the Christie Building on request

You can borrow up to ten books for four weeks (High Demand and 7 Day Loans are excluded) and can use the Document Supply service on payment of the appropriate charges.
