Find It
Find It is the JRUL's system for providing links to electronic full text and other services. It takes details from one online resource (for example search results from a database such as Web of Knowledge or Scopus) and uses them to build links to other related services, giving you a quick and easy way to locate the items you want and to extend your search for information.
When you see the Find It button in a list of citations, click on it to see a menu of related resources. In addition to full-text if available, the A-Z e-journals list and the JRUL OPAC there could be links to:
- Add the item into your Endnote or Reference Manager personal database.
- Extend your search using Google Scholar. Find It loads the title from your citation. Edit this to give the required search.
- The Document Supply Unit - to allow you to request a copy of material not held in the Library
Technically, Find It is an openURL resolver service using SFX produced by Ex Libris.
