The Bulletin is published twice in each calendar year. The current subscription rates, including postage and packing costs, have been set as follows:

• Personal rate worldwide: £75.00 (Seventy-five pounds sterling)
• Institutional rate worldwide: £80.00 (Eighty pounds sterling)
• Rate for agents worldwide: £75.00 (Seventy-five pounds sterling)

Cheques, preferably in sterling and drawn on a United Kingdom bank account, should be made payable to The University of Manchester and should be sent, along with all other subscription enquiries, to:

Claims for missing issues must be sent within three months of the publication date or on receipt of the following issue. Cancellations are accepted at the end of a volume only.
