- Have you had difficulties finding / retrieving the business data for your project?

Our Research support team run one-to-one / group consultations and database clinics for the following:
- Using a specific database, e.g. Datastream, Bloomberg, WRDS
- Searching for a specific type of data, e.g. Chinese companies, earnings forecasts, historical betas etc.
- Specific problems using programs to extract data, e.g. SAS
- The clinic sessions cater for queries / topics that require collaborative investigation using the database PCs in the BIDS training room.
They are a chance to get specialist help on any queries regarding the Business and Management databases. Many of these databases have complicated interfaces for searching and extracting data and these sessions provide an opportunity for us to share our expertise.
