The Manchester Business Answers 24/7 service is an evolving, searchable knowledgebase for all members of the University community. The service aims to provide answers to questions regarding the Business and Management resources. It includes
- Questions and Answers available 24/7 - based on experience of what users ask
- Search facility to find relevant Questions and Answers (Q&As)
- Answers include links to resources, so users can search FAQ to find resources
- Questions, Answers and Search terms are monitored constantly and improved

Background
Manchester Business Answers 24/7 is based on the “Business FAQ” developed at the Lippincott Library (University of Pennsylvania) for Wharton Business School.
Their original prototype was a success, quickly adopted by other leading business schools through the FAQ project. Following this more leading business school libraries have adopted the UPenn's "Business FAQ" and there is now a sizeable Business FAQ community.
