Inspired by Grace Bamber’s idea from Eureka! 2014, we’ve brought in a state-of-the-art solution to help you relax, re-energise and improve your concentration.
Research suggests that short naps can make you feel more alert, improve your productivity and reduce stress levels.

The Pod will time your nap, and provide ambient music and lighting to let you relax away from the busy environment. Headphones are available to borrow from the Information Desk.
